I had always seen the same dentist in my hometown since i was a child, and was very hesitant to have work done at a new dentist since moving to Salem. I chipped my tooth recently and needed a crown. Going into the appointment i was very anxious, mostly about the numbing injection. Going into the appointment i was told the staff remembered i did not like the injection and was sure not to even bring the injector in my line of sight until it was time to use it. The staff made sure to overly explain everything to me in a way that i was fully capable of comprehending. I have always had a tough time becoming numb, and did not experience this at all during my appointment and the injection itself was 100% pain free! The staff always remembers to use warm water in my mouth due to my teeth sensitivity without me ever having to prompt them. Once the actual work started i felt as though i could just about fall asleep. I highly recommend riverbend dental to anyone!! Im a patient for life. :)

As I've mentioned before I have. Ever liked nor enjoyed trips to the dentist. All of that changed when I started going to riverbend dental. I am always impressed with the service. They were great!!! I had a check up, X rays, and a cleaning. They explain everything, and you are given choices in terms of available options. The dentist, hygienist, and dental assistant told me things about my teeth/gums/general state of my dental health that no other dentist had ever mentioned before. They know what they're doing, and they're good at it. AND they give you a blanket when you're in the chair if you want one (which I do since I'm always freezing). I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking dental care.

Dr. Ross and Sara were wonderful helping me with a medical issue prior to my exam. I really appreciate the time they took with me prior to my cleaning and the treatment plan they prepared. Sara did a great job on my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure.

A workable plan was developed... The dental hygienist and her assistant were extremely knowledgable and Dr Ross explained everything in a way I could understand. and listened to my questions and thoughts. A plan was developed for treatment to both our satisfaction.

The hygienist poked/scraped teeth a little too hard. Overall, I think she did a good job cleaning my teeth, but my mouth is pretty sore.

The staff kept me very well informed of the services being performed and what the next steps are. I really love that!

Staff were professional and responsive to my requests. Please ask the gentleman taking X-rays to reserve using the term "good job" for children.

Dr. Ross is amazing! First time meeting her, she exceeded my expectations. She answered all my questions and have me pointers since I'm pregnant. After my first appointment, she came up to me and asked how the cleaning went. Every staff are so friendly. I even received a personal welcome card from Dr. Ross. My second appointment was even better. Her hands are very gentle that made me more at ease. Plus they have a massage chair which is awesome! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Kimberly is the best hygienist I have ever had. I appreciate how I have the same staff at each appointment who remembers me and my particular treatment needs. Everyone was extremely friendly, and it made coming in twice in one day seem like it wasn't that bad. The new receptionist was really making an effort to get everything done right the first time, even when she wasn't quite familiar with everything yet.
